I've spent most of my life battling weight issues. I can't count the number of times I've lost 50 pounds or more (and gained it all back and more). In May 2013 I was diagnosed with prediabetes. This followed my youngest son's diagnosis of Type II four years earlier. Thanks to my wife Lisa and my overwhelming desire to avoid drugs at all costs, I embarked on a journey where I discovered an amazing method to overcome obesity, reverse diabetes and extend my life.
