Healthy food habits have a direct relationship to personal health and fitness. I have learned how all choices in life always have results or consequences. When Vic’s son Carter, was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes three months before his 21st birthday, I went to work trying to figure out just what a college kid who didn't know how to cook, could and would eat! Having enjoyed a lifetime of cooking for family and friends, I recognized a void for healthy, low glycemic, sugar free food that would be easy for any level cook and had high flavor to keep all our taste buds satisfied!
